The Divine Earth Organization (DEO) was founded in the fall of 2006 by Sevara, also known as award-winning guitarist and composer Johannes Linstead. DEO is a community where people from all over the world can connect and share ideas, wisdom, news, and events that have an 'earth-friendly' and 'divine' sense!

Sevara (aka Johannes Linstead)
Johannes Linstead is an award-winning musician whose recordings of Latin guitar and world music have charted in the Top Ten on Billboard. But what not many people know is that Johannes is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, Reiki healer, Qi Gong practitioner, and certified Sensory Healer. He also writes and records under the name Sevara. Sevara is derived from Seva (from Seva Singh) and Ra - the Sun aspect. The name 'Seva Singh' literally means 'Lion of Devotional Service', and was bestowed upon Johannes by Kundalini Yoga master, Yogi Bhajan, who brought Kundalini Yoga to the west from India in 1969.
